We move with intent and against a calendar. Most of our work happens in the first ninety days. The line stays open after.

    Week one

    We read your last board deck, P&L, and cap table. We return a one-page memo: what we would do first, second, third — and what we would not do at all.

  2. 02

    Engagement

    Weeks two through twelve

    We work alongside your team week by week — live working sessions, async progress between them. Every deliverable is something you can use the next day: a finished memo, an introduction made, a model already in your inbox.

  3. 03

    Standby

    Month four onward

    Engagement complete. The line stays open. You text. We answer. New work begins when there is new work to do.
